What About: Being Choking-ly Busy
But you are happy. You believe in living life to the fullest and doing things that make you happy. You want the best for yourself and since life is short, why not make use of every second.
You work from 9 - 5 and have other activities/classes after. Each morning you wake up feeling exhausted and groggy. The bed and the pillows, the comforter and your odour that lingers on the linens, draw you back to sleep. You take a quick look at the clock and think that another 5 minutes of rest is no big deal. Then you close your eyes, and open your eyes to see that not 5, but 15 minutes, has actually passed!
You live a life full of struggles. In the daytime, you fight to keep awake; at night you struggle to sleep. At work you strive to do your best, in class you want to be the best student. Your friends, when they need you, you talk to them. You are a superhero.
You tell yourself to be positive, to be happy and to feel lucky. When the sun shines, you frolick in it. When it rains, you dance in it. No matter what happens, you appreciate life, for you finally understood the meaning of living.
Now you are lying on the bed, feeling all comfortable. Your body’s exhausted, the muscles aching. But in your mind rolls the images of events that happened just now, the day before, and of events that might happen tomorrow. You might be excited, wondering what better things are in stall. Or you may feel scared, fearing something bad will happen. No matter how you are feeling, your eyes slowly closed, and the images in your brain gets fuzzy… and blurry.. You start to ‘sleep-murmur’ and a smile lit upon your face.
Then you dart open your eyes, and you jump up from bed! And start a new day ahead!
